At final disembarkation, you should allow approximately 90-120 minutes from the scheduled arrival time before disembarkation.
The full embarkation and disembarkation procedures and timings will be confirmed when tickets and cruise documentation is despatched usually 14 days prior to sail date.
We are aiming to provide a full entertainment programme starting with jazz and blues sessions commencing after lunch and with a themed event including a fashion show and memorabilia auction late afternoon and before dinner.
The main entertainment in the evening will include two shows featuring our house band The Rhythm Kings with different international guest artists each night in the comfortable theatre-style Marco Polo Lounge. As the theatre has a capacity of 400 passengers will be allocated tickets to these shows dependent on which dinner sitting they are attending!
In the Scott’s Bar situated on the Amundsen Deck which has direct access to the outside and a view of the pool deck below. there will a blues session early evening and then a major act from the 60’s club scene playing a live set starting when the main shows in Marco Polo Lounge have finished followed by dancing to our star DJs until the early hours!
For those who fancy a relaxing drink during the evening their will be one of our jazz and blues pianists playing in the Captain’s Club while the main performances in the Marco Polo lounge are taking place and then livening up later when another of our star DJs will take to the turntables for you dance or just enjoy your drinks until the early hours.
We will be providing a more detailed entertainment schedule for you as soon we are able finalise schedules.
Breakfasts and lunches are generally served in the restaurant on an open seating basis, two sittings with allocated seating are operated for dinner in the evening. On days at sea, these sittings are normally timed to commence from 18.00hrs and 20.15hrs and these timings may vary during port days.
Complimentary tea and coffee is available from the relevant refreshment station between the hours of 06.00 and 22.00 each day. Outside of these times, you may purchase hot drinks and a range of speciality coffees from any of the ship’s bars
